As soon as they hear the word yoga or see a mat laid out Leila and Rahul either do sun salutations or go straight into downward dog poses. As I type this, Rahul is doing his variation which is downdog with one leg up in the air. Leila’s favorite version of the pose is with her head down and both arms up in the air.
They have also become my little yoga assistants. Leila lies on top of me when I am in bound angle pose (baddha konasana). Her light body weight makes for a perfect gentle adjustment. A sudden tight hug around my hips from Rahul when I am in shoulder stand is the perfect little stimulation for me to straighten up and reach through my feet!
Will surely recommend this site to some friends! Very interesting site and articles.Really thankful for sharing. Regards,
So sweet & what a way to go!!
It’s pretty cool how they imitate what we do. Last night we were watching a yoga movie, and L and R did what they saw!
I just found your blog and all I can say is WOW! As a mama of twin toddlers I am seriously impressed with your travels with twin babies. You are awesome!
